  • What's the item id for [item]?
Remember that using the console to cheat on quests and scripted events is a recipe for bugs and issues. However if you have JIP LN NVSE Plugin installed you can enter "search [string]" into the console to find information.
  • I tried to use an addon mod from the Nexus and my game crashes!
Several addons to Fallout Who Vegas, particularly certain additional console rooms, are based on an older version of the mod, and this makes them incompatible. Only the community mods linked on the front page of this wiki or the pinned messages in the discord server are guaranteed to be compatible. Expect issues if you use others.
  • I opened up the mod in the GECK and can see a load of content. How do I get it in-game?
There is a lot of cut content in the mod. Most of it is largely undeveloped and little more than just an idea. Forcing it to appear in the game may well lead to bugs and crashes so do it at your own peril.
  • Is Fallout Who Vegas compatible with Tale of Two Wastelands?
Yes, but an additional patch is needed. If using TTW version 2.9.4b, use Spyduck's TTW Patch. For TTW v3.2, use the appropriate patch from Xyphos' Location Compatibility Patches.
